Module 5: Ritual
A meditation ritual can be practiced to establish a connection with nature through the four elements. These elements serve as valuable tools for finding balance in life. When one element dominates, it may be an indication to pause and reflect on how to incorporate more of the other elements to restore harmony. Take a few moments to reflect on this and consider journaling your thoughts.
