Step 1: Observe (2–3 minutes)
Look at your completed map.
Notice patterns, connections, or areas that stand out.
Ask yourself:
Which qualities or values are central to who I am?
Are there areas of my growth or relationships that feel particularly strong or underdeveloped?
Step 2: Reflect (5 minutes)
Write short answers to these prompts:One insight I gained about my inherent worth from this map is…
One insight I gained about my spiritual journey or purpose is…
One connection between my worth and my quest that feels important is…
Step 3: Integrate (3–5 minutes)
Consider one concrete action you can take in the coming week to honor your worth and support your growth:
Example: Practicing a daily reflection, intentionally acknowledging someone else’s value, or exploring a new personal growth practice.
Write it down and, if desired, keep it visible as a reminder.
