Materials: Your completed Map of Worth and Quest, pen, journal or paper.


Step 1: Observe (2–3 minutes)

  • Look at your completed map.

  • Notice patterns, connections, or areas that stand out.

  • Ask yourself:

    • Which qualities or values are central to who I am?

    • Are there areas of my growth or relationships that feel particularly strong or underdeveloped?

    Step 2: Reflect (5 minutes)
    Write short answers to these prompts:

    1. One insight I gained about my inherent worth from this map is…

    2. One insight I gained about my spiritual journey or purpose is…

    3. One connection between my worth and my quest that feels important is…

Step 3: Integrate (3–5 minutes)
Consider one concrete action you can take in the coming week to honor your worth and support your growth:

Example: Practicing a daily reflection, intentionally acknowledging someone else’s value, or exploring a new personal growth practice.

Write it down and, if desired, keep it visible as a reminder.
